* Self-aligning handles on the Lat Pull down automatically adjust throughout the exercise movement.
* Range of motion adjustment allows you to quickly adjust for individual body size and beginning stretch preference.
* Up to (4) people can perform all major exercises with a minimum amount of equipment adjustments and using only 68 square feet of space.
* The foot plate encased in rubber, prevents slipping and increases durability.

* Leg Press features pillow block bearings and a 4-bar linkage system and an adjustable back pad that accommodates different sized users and allows pre-stretch adjustment and a 2 to 1 cable ratio providing 400 lbs. of resistance.
* Adjustable Cable Column features split-weight cabling and built-in accessory holder.
* Rigid Arm Pull down features a counterbalanced arm with self-aligning handles that automatically adjust to movement and size of users and an angled thigh brace rollers that eliminate the need for adjustments.
* Chest Press; Mid Row; Leg Extension; Standing Leg Curl features a patented ROM adjustment on the pressing arm allowing you to adjust your starting position on the mid-row, chest, incline and shoulder presses and a patented adjustable rollers act as a thigh support for standing leg curls and an arm support for preacher curls.
